Celebrate Christmas and New Year in a 17th century stone cottage on a working farm in Wales. There’s nothing like a cosy Christmas in front of the fire. Roast chestnuts, drinking wine or nibbling Christmas goodies after a morning of feeding and taking care of the animals around the farm.
Book a Christmas and New Year Holiday Break with a Dickensian Christmas Feel
With Christmas decorations adorning the old oak beams and children looking for their Christmas presents under the Christmas tree – perhaps Granny as well – an old fashioned Christmas, the atmosphere reminiscent of a Dickensian novel.
In its own secluded valley, the stone farmhouse and the outbuildings, which we have converted into spacious, but cosy, holiday cottages are situated around the yard – so if you would like to spend Christmas here with your extended family, or New Year with lots of friends, you can book several holiday cottages and you won’t always be under one another’s feet.
Everything we needed! … Just as good in the wet! … Exceeded Expectation! – See Trip Advisor
Now that we have the clubhouse, we can celebrate the New Year together, if our guests would like to we’ll have a New Year’s Eve party – with some traditional New Year spirit, we can play, dance, watch TV or just chat whilst waiting for Big Ben to ring in a prosperous New Year for us all. We can wend our merry way into the farmyard to the strains of Auld Lang Syne and wish each other a Happy New Year.
